Brief biography:
Dr. Mark Solomon is a water research scientist with the Idaho Water Resources Research Institute and Associate Director of the Coeur d'Alene Community Water Resource Center. He began his work at the intersection of water quality and resource management as a county commissioner, and then as director of a regional environmental organization. His research interest focuses on how communities adapt to changes in use or availability of water resources in complex jurisdictional environments.
